1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Chainfy mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mustafa Yılmaz ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Chainfy mobile application.

2. Description of Service

Chainfy is a habit tracking mobile application that allows users to:

• Create and manage habit chains
• Track daily progress and maintain streaks
• Receive reminder notifications
• View statistics and analytics
• Export data (Pro subscription feature)
• Sync data across multiple devices via cloud storage

The App is available for iOS and Android devices and requires an internet connection for certain features, including cloud synchronization and push notifications.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

• You must create an account to use the App's features
• You may register using email, Google, or Apple Sign-In
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Chainfy offers auto-renewing subscription services ("Pro Subscription") that provide:

• Cloud Synchronization Infrastructure: Real-time data synchronization across multiple devices
• Push Notification Services: Scheduled notification delivery system for habit reminders
• Data Persistence and Security: Continuous cloud storage with redundancy and security measures
• Advanced Features: Unlimited chains, advanced statistics, data export, custom themes, streak recovery, and other premium features

4.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device's App Store account settings
• Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

4.3 Subscription Pricing

• Monthly Subscription: $5.99 per month
• Annual Subscription: $49.99 per year (30% savings)
• Prices may vary by location and are subject to change
• All prices are displayed in your local currency

4.4 Free Trial

• We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers
• If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged
• If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription

4.5 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy
• We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods

5. Free Tier Limitations

The free tier of Chainfy includes:

• Up to 2 active habit chains
• 1 reminder time per chain
• Statistics for the last 30 days
• Basic features

Free tier users may see advertisements within the App.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
• In case of App failure, you may notify Apple for a refund
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
